Creamy Orange Coconut Delight

In a large pot, combine milk, sugar, and wheat flour. Whisk continuously over medium heat until thickened.

Remove from heat and stir in butter, vanilla extract, and shredded coconut.

Pour into a lightly greased dish or individual serving cups. Let it cool.

2️⃣ Prepare the Orange Layer:

In a separate pot, mix orange juice, sugar, and starch.

Heat over medium-low heat, stirring continuously until it becomes a thick, glossy sauce.

3️⃣ Assemble & Chill:

Pour the orange layer over the coconut layer, spreading it evenly.

Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 2-3 hours until fully set.

4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:

Garnish with extra coconut or orange zest before serving.
