Creamy Garlic Butter Lobster Tails – A Rich and Decadent Seafood Delight

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush the lobster tails with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Cook the Lobster:
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and fully cooked through. The lobster should be tender and juicy.

Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
While the lobster tails are baking, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Create the Creamy Sauce:
Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring until the sauce thickens and becomes creamy.

Combine the Lobster and Sauce:
Once the lobster tails are cooked, remove them from the oven and place them in the skillet with the garlic butter sauce. Spoon the sauce over the lobster meat, allowing it to soak up the flavors.

Garnish and Serve:
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately. You can pair it with your favorite side dishes like roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
