Creamy Chicken Lasagna with Fries

Boil the lasagna noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Make Ricotta Mixture:

In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, minced garlic, spinach (if using), salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.

Assemble the Layers:

Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.

Layer with cooked lasagna noodles, then add a layer of ricotta mixture, followed by shredded chicken, mozzarella, and marinara sauce.

Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella and grated parmesan on the top.

Bake:

Cover the lasagna with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes.

After 25 minutes, remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10–15 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.

Serve with Fries:

While the lasagna bakes, fry or bake your fries. Sprinkle with salt to taste.

Plate the fries alongside the lasagna and serve with garlic aioli or your favorite dipping sauce.
