Creamy Chicken and Potato Bake: A Simple, Flavorful Delight

1. Prepare the Chicken and Potatoes:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Cook the chicken fillets by pan-frying them until golden and cooked through (about 6-7 minutes per side). Once cooked, chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Peel and boil the potatoes until they’re soft (about 15-20 minutes). Drain and mash them with salt, butter, and milk until smooth and creamy.

2. Prepare the Bake Mixture:
In a large bowl, whisk the 3 eggs, then stir in the mayonnaise, diced ham, and shredded mozzarella cheese.

Add the chopped chicken and mashed potatoes to the mixture and mix until everything is well combined.

3. Assemble and Bake:
Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.

Top with a bit more shredded mozzarella cheese if you like a cheesy crust.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. This dish is perfect as a main course and pairs well with a side salad or steamed vegetables.
