Creamy Cajun Surf and Turf: A Flavor Explosion!

In a bowl, toss the steak strips and shrimp with Cajun seasoning to coat evenly. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes to marinate.

Sear the Steak:
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add butter and sear the steak strips until browned on all sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Cook the Shrimp:
In the same skillet, cook the shrimp until they turn pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp and keep warm.

Make the Creamy Sauce:
Lower the heat and pour the heavy cream into the skillet. Sprinkle in the Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine Steak and Shrimp:
Return the steak strips and shrimp to the skillet. Cook together for a few minutes, allowing the flavors to combine and the steak to reheat.

Garnish and Serve:
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve over rice or pasta. Enjoy your Creamy Cajun Surf and Turf!
