Creamy Cajun Steak Alfredo: A Bold Twist on Classic Alfredo

Cook the Pasta: Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Steak: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak strips with salt, pepper, and half of the Cajun seasoning. Add the steak to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, about 4-5 minutes. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
Make the Alfredo Sauce: In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and diced onion, and sauté until the onion is translucent, about 2-3 minutes. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and the remaining Cajun seasoning, and mix until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the skillet, tossing it in the creamy Alfredo sauce until fully coated. Return the cooked steak strips to the skillet and toss to combine.
Garnish and Serve: Garnish the dish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
