Creamy Cajun Shrimp Steak – A Flavorful, Sizzling Feast

Season the ribeye steaks with salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning.
Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the steaks and cook to your preferred doneness (about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare). Remove the steaks from the pan and set aside to rest.
Cook the Shrimp:

In the same pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
Add the shrimp to the pan and sprinkle with the remaining Cajun seasoning. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, until they turn pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp and set aside.
Make the Creamy Cajun Sauce:

In the same pan, pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine with the remaining butter and seasonings. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Assemble the Dish:

Return the steaks and shrimp to the pan, spooning the creamy Cajun sauce over them. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to warm everything through.
Finish and Serve:

Transfer the steak and shrimp to serving plates. Drizzle with extra sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.
