Creamy Bacon Cheeseburger Pasta Delight

In a large pot, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Bacon and Beef:
In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the bacon fat in the skillet.
Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Drain excess grease, if necessary.

Sauté the Aromatics:
Add the diced onion to the skillet with the beef and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant.

Create the Creamy Sauce:
Pour in the beef broth and bring it to a simmer. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes, then stir in the heavy cream, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper. Stir to combine and bring the sauce to a simmer for 5-7 minutes, allowing it to thicken slightly.

Add the Cheese:
Gradually stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, allowing it to melt and create a smooth, creamy sauce.

Combine the Pasta and Bacon:
Add the cooked pasta and crispy bacon to the skillet. Toss everything together until the pasta is well-coated in the creamy sauce.

Serve:
Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
