Craving the Ultimate Indulgence? Meet Slutty Brownies!

In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
Stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until a thick dough forms. Then fold in the chocolate chips. Set the dough aside.
Prepare the Brownie Layer:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Add the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder, mixing until fully incorporated. If you like your brownies extra fudgy, fold in chocolate chips or chunks at this stage.
Assemble the Slutty Brownies:

Press the cookie dough into the bottom of the prepared baking pan in an even layer.
Place the whole Oreo cookies on top of the cookie dough, lining them up neatly.
Pour the brownie batter over the Oreos, spreading it evenly to cover the cookies.
Bake:

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with only a few moist crumbs. Be careful not to overbake, as the brownies should remain fudgy and gooey in the middle.
Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares. This will help the layers set and make for cleaner cuts.
Serve:

Once cool, slice into squares and serve. These brownies are incredibly indulgent, so a small piece goes a long way!
