Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Clean the mushroom caps and remove the stems. Arrange them, hollow side up, on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and set aside.

Make the Crab Filling:
In a bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, green onions, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.

Stuff the Mushrooms:
Spoon the crab mixture into each mushroom cap, pressing gently to fill them evenly.

Bake:
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.

Serve:
Garnish with extra parsley and serve warm.

Tips:
For a crispy top: Broil the mushrooms for the last 2 minutes of baking.

Spicy variation: Add a dash of hot sauce to the crab filling for a spicy kick.

These Crab Stuffed Mushrooms are the perfect combination of savory, creamy, and crispy—ideal for entertaining or a delicious snack! Enjoy!
