Crab-Stuffed Jumbo Shrimp: A Luxurious Seafood Delight

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange the shrimp on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil. Using a sharp knife, make a shallow slit along the back of each shrimp to create space for stuffing (be careful not to cut all the way through). Gently open the shrimp and set aside.
Make the Crab Filling:

In a medium bowl, combine the crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, fresh parsley, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Gently mix the ingredients until well combined, being careful not to break up the crab meat too much.
Stuff the Shrimp:

Using a spoon, generously stuff each shrimp with the crab mixture, pressing gently to pack the filling in. Make sure the shrimp are fully stuffed but still able to close around the filling.
Bake the Shrimp:

Drizzle the melted butter over the stuffed shrimp.
Bake the shrimp in the preheated oven for 15–18 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through, and the crab stuffing is golden and bubbly.
Serve:

Remove from the oven and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side for an added burst of freshness.
