Cottage Cheese Egg Bites: A Protein-Packed Breakfast

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a silicone muffin tray with non-stick cooking spray.
Blend the Egg Mixture:

In a high-powered blender, combine the eggs, cottage cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Fill the Muffin Cups:

Pour ¼ cup of the egg mixture into each muffin cavity of the tray.
Add Toppings & Mix-ins:

Top each egg bite with shredded cheese and your desired mix-ins. Stir gently with the back of a spoon to distribute evenly.
Bake:

Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the egg bites are set and slightly golden on top. Let them cool slightly before removing from the tray.
