-Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients: Wash cucumber and limes. Slice cucumber and one lime into thin rounds; juice the other lime.
Soak the Chia Seeds: In a bowl, soak chia seeds in 1/2 cup of water for 10-15 minutes until gel-like.
Combine the Ingredients: In a large jug, combine cucumber, lime slices, lime juice, and soaked chia seeds. Add 1 liter of water and stir well.
