Ingredients
For the Sauce:
1 ½ cups ground pork
57g palabok powder (dissolved in water)
2 smoked fish/tinapa, shredded (remove head and bones)
1 liter water
1 cup crushed chicharon
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 large onion, chopped
2 spring onions, chopped (for garnish)
Chicken powder or any seasoning of choice
Fish sauce/patis, to taste
2 tbsp annatto seeds (soaked in hot water)
2 tbsp cornstarch (dissolved in water)
Oil, salt, and pepper, to taste
2 hardboiled eggs (sliced)
500g palabok noodles (cooked according to package directions)
