Classic Homemade Meatloaf: A Hearty and Flavorful Family Favorite

Preheat the Oven – Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet or loaf pan with parchment paper.
Prepare the Meat Mixture – In a large bowl, combine ground meat, almond flour, chopped onions, garlic, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and all the seasonings. Mix well until evenly combined.
Shape the Meatloaf – Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it on the prepared baking sheet (or in a loaf pan).
Make the Glaze – In a small bowl, mix together the sugar-free ketchup, apple cider vinegar, mustard, and paprika.
Bake the Meatloaf – Spread half of the glaze over the top of the meatloaf. Bake for 45 minutes, then spread the remaining glaze on top and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Rest & Serve – Allow the meatloaf to rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with your favorite side dishes.
