If using imitation crab, chop it into bite-sized pieces. For real crab, gently flake it apart and check for any shells.

Mix Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, celery, red onion, bell pepper, and fresh herbs.

Make the Dressing

In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Combine & Chill

Pour the dressing over the crab mixture and gently fold everything together until well coated.
