Once the oatmeal is cooked, reduce the heat to low. Stir in the mashed bananas and egg mixture. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the eggs are fully cooked, and the dessert reaches a creamy consistency.
Serve:
Remove from heat and serve warm. Optionally, garnish with extra sliced bananas or a drizzle of honey for added flavor.
