Christmas M&M Peanut Butter Clusters – A Festive Sweet Treat

In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the peanut butter and semisweet chocolate chips together, stirring constantly until smooth and well-combined. Be careful not to burn the chocolate. Once melted, remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.

Prepare the Clusters:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mini marshmallows, M&Ms, and roasted peanuts (if using). Pour the melted peanut butter and chocolate mixture over the ingredients and gently stir to coat everything evenly.

Form the Clusters:
Drop spoonfuls of the peanut butter mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming small clusters (about 1-2 tablespoons per cluster). Make sure the M&Ms and marshmallows are visible in each cluster.

Add a Drizzle (Optional):
If you’d like a festive touch, melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring after each until smooth. Drizzle the white chocolate over the clusters for an extra pop of color.

Let Them Set:
Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to an hour, or until the clusters are firm and fully set.

Serve:
Once set, remove the clusters from the parchment paper and serve. These treats are ready to be enjoyed!
