Christmas M&M Peanut Butter Clusters: A Festive and Sweet Holiday Treat

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the peanut butter and salted peanuts. Stir until they are well mixed. If you’d like to add a touch of vanilla extract for extra flavor, mix it in at this stage.
Melt the White Chocolate:

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is completely smooth and melted. Be careful not to overheat the chocolate, as it can seize up.
Combine the Peanut Butter and White Chocolate:

Pour the melted white chocolate over the peanut butter and peanut mixture. Stir until everything is evenly coated and well combined.
Form the Clusters:

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Use a spoon to scoop the peanut butter and white chocolate mixture, forming small clusters on the baking sheet. Each cluster should be about 1 to 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
Add M&Ms:

Gently press a few Christmas M&Ms into the top of each cluster to add a festive touch and some extra sweetness.
Chill and Set:

Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30-45 minutes, or until the clusters have hardened and set.
Serve and Enjoy:

Once set, your Christmas M&M Peanut Butter Clusters are ready to serve! Enjoy them immediately or store them for later.
