Christmas baubles; I make them every year, my friends and family love them.

Start by carefully removing the top of the bauble. If you’re using glass, handle the baubles with care to avoid breakage. Clean the inside if needed, using a cotton swab dipped in water, and let them dry completely.

Step 2: Paint the Baubles
For a solid color, fill the bauble with a small amount of acrylic paint, swirl it around, and let the excess paint drain out. Leave the bauble upside down to dry thoroughly. Alternatively, spray paint the outside for a smooth, even finish. You can paint one color or get creative with patterns and designs.

Step 3: Add Texture and Glitter
Once your base coat is dry, add texture or glitter to your baubles for some holiday sparkle. You can either apply a layer of glitter over the paint or fill the bauble with colored sand or salt for a frosty effect. For a bit of sparkle, just lightly coat the bauble with glue and roll it in glitter of your choice.

Step 4: Decorate with Embellishments
Now comes the fun part—decorating your baubles! Use a hot glue gun to attach sequins, beads, and other small embellishments. You can also create intricate designs using decoupage techniques or paint festive patterns like snowflakes or stars.

Step 5: Add a Ribbon
Once the baubles are fully decorated and dry, it’s time to add the finishing touch. Thread a ribbon or twine through the top of the bauble and tie a knot to create a loop for hanging. You can choose traditional red, gold, or silver ribbon, or opt for something rustic like twine for a natural look.

Step 6: Let It Dry
Allow the baubles to dry completely before hanging them on your Christmas tree or gifting them to loved ones. Be patient to ensure everything is secure.
