Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownie Bombs

Cream the Butter and Sugars: In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth and well combined.
Add Wet Ingredients: Mix in the milk and vanilla extract.
Combine Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the flour and a pinch of salt, mixing until a dough forms.
Add Chocolate Chips: Fold in the miniature chocolate chips.
Shape the Dough: Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a foil-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 1 hour to firm them up.
Step 2: Prepare the Brownie Encasement
Cut the Brownies: After your brownies have cooled, cut them into 1-inch squares.
Form the Bombs: Flatten each brownie square in your hand, then place a cookie dough ball in the center. Carefully wrap the brownie around the dough ball and smooth out any cracks. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Step 3: Chocolate Coating
Melt the Chocolate: Melt the chocolate almond bark or Candiquik according to package instructions.
Dip the Bombs: Dip each brownie bomb into the melted chocolate, allowing the excess to drip off.
Garnish: Place the dipped bombs on a foil-lined sheet and sprinkle with extra chocolate chips for garnish.
Set the Chocolate: Let the chocolate coating set completely.
Step 4: Chill and Serve
Store the chocolate chip cookie dough brownie bombs in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer until ready to serve.
