Chocolate Banana Oatmeal Bake: A Wholesome Morning Treat


Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix Wet Ingredients:
In a bowl, whisk together the mashed banana, egg, and milk until well combined.

Add Dry Ingredients:
Stir in the oatmeal, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Mix until evenly incorporated.

Bake:
Pour the mixture into a greased or parchment-lined small baking dish or ramekin. Bake for 25 minutes, or until set and slightly puffed.

Cool Slightly and Serve:
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm as-is or topped with a dollop of yogurt, nut butter, or extra banana slices.
