A refreshing, tropical treat perfect for summer, this chilled mango pie features a sweet, creamy mango filling topped with a vibrant fruit jelly layer and fresh fruits for an irresistible dessert!

Ingredients:
For the Pie Crust:

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (or digestive biscuit crumbs)

1/4 cup melted butter

2 tablespoons sugar (optional)

For the Mango Filling:

2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

1/4 cup lime juice (optional for a hint of tanginess)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon gelatin powder (dissolved in 2 tablespoons of warm water)

For the Jelly Layer:

1/2 cup mango juice (or fruit juice of choice)

1/2 teaspoon gelatin powder

1 tablespoon sugar (optional, depending on juice sweetness)

For the Fresh Fruit Topping:

Fresh mango slices

Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)

Kiwi slices (optional)
