Chicken Wraps with Fries: A Quick and Satisfying Meal

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thin fries.
Toss the fries with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
Step 2: Cook the Chicken
While the fries are baking, season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.
Step 3: Assemble the Wraps
Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.
Place a handful of shredded lettuce in the center of each tortilla, followed by a few slices of cooked chicken.
Add diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and a drizzle of sour cream or ranch dressing if desired.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
Step 4: Serve
Serve the chicken wraps immediately with the crispy fries on the side.
For added flavor, you can dip the wraps in extra ranch or a dipping sauce of your choice.
