Chicken Fillet in Spicy Garlic Parmesan Sauce: A Flavor-Packed, Irresistible Dish

Pat the chicken fillets dry with a paper towel to ensure they cook evenly.
Season both sides of the chicken fillets with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the chicken fillets for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
2. Make the Spicy Garlic Parmesan Sauce
In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and lightly golden.
Stir in the crushed red pepper flakes and cook for an additional 30 seconds to release the heat.
Pour in the heavy cream, whisking continuously to combine.
Add the Parmesan cheese and Dijon mustard, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce becomes creamy and smooth.
Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
Simmer the sauce for about 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
3. Combine Chicken and Sauce
Return the cooked chicken fillets to the skillet, nestling them into the sauce.
Spoon the sauce over the chicken to ensure each piece is coated.
Let the chicken simmer in the sauce for about 3-4 minutes to heat through and allow the flavors to meld together.
4. Serve
Garnish the chicken fillets with freshly chopped parsley for a burst of color.
Serve the chicken with your favorite side, such as pasta, mashed potatoes, or steamed vegetables.
