Chicken Fillet in Spicy Garlic Parmesan Sauce: A Bold and Flavorful Dish

Season the chicken fillets with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken fillets and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Make the Spicy Garlic Parmesan Sauce:

In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant but not burnt.
Stir in the red pepper flakes and cook for another 30 seconds.
Add the chicken broth and bring it to a simmer, scraping up any brown bits from the bottom of the skillet.
Lower the heat and add the heavy cream. Stir to combine and let the sauce simmer for 3-4 minutes, allowing it to thicken slightly.
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Combine the Chicken and Sauce:

Return the cooked chicken fillets to the skillet and coat them in the spicy garlic Parmesan sauce. Let them simmer in the sauce for an additional 3-5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
Serve:

Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve the chicken fillets with your choice of sides, such as pasta, rice, or roasted vegetables.
