Chicken Feet Adobo: A Filipino Delicacy with Rich Flavor

Fry the Chicken Feet: Heat a cooking pot and add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Once hot, fry the chicken feet until they turn light brown. Set them aside.

Sauté Garlic and Chili: In a medium pot, heat another 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Sauté the crushed garlic and dried chili peppers until fragrant.

Add Chicken Feet and Liquid Ingredients: Add the fried chicken feet into the pot. Pour in the soy sauce, vinegar, and water. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to simmer.

Season the Dish: Add the dried bay leaves, whole peppercorns, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, and banana ketchup. Stir the ingredients and let the dish simmer for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Simmer Until Tender: Continue cooking the chicken feet, stirring occasionally, until they become tender and fully absorb the flavors of the sauce.

Serve: Once the chicken feet are tender and the sauce has thickened, turn off the heat. Transfer the chicken feet to a serving plate and enjoy!
