Cheesy Zucchini Biscuits: Fluffy, Flavorful, and Irresistible

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and garlic powder until well combined.

Add zucchini and cheese: Stir in the shredded zucchini and cheddar cheese, ensuring they are evenly distributed in the flour mixture.

Add wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, buttermilk, and egg. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix to ensure the biscuits are tender.

Form the biscuits: Using a spoon or your hands, drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.

Bake: Bake the biscuits for 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown on top and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Serve: Allow the biscuits to cool slightly before serving. They’re best enjoyed warm!
