Cheesy Zucchini and Potato Bake with Mushrooms

In the bottom of the greased baking dish, spread 60 g of bread crumbs. Then layer the zucchini slices, followed by the partially cooked potatoes.

Pour the egg and mushroom mixture evenly over the vegetables.

Top with 40 g of breadcrumbs to create a crunchy crust.
