Cheesy Turkey Bacon Philly Steak Wraps

Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced bell pepper and onion, sautéing until tender and slightly caramelized, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Cook the Beef:
In the same skillet, heat the remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil. Add the thinly sliced beef, season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is browned and cooked through.

Combine Ingredients:
Return the cooked bell pepper, onion, and chopped turkey bacon to the skillet with the beef. Stir to combine and heat everything through.

Melt the Cheese:
Sprinkle the shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese over the beef and vegetable mixture. Stir gently to combine and allow the cheese to melt.

Assemble the Wraps:
Warm the tortillas in the microwave or in a skillet for a few seconds. Divide the beef mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and then roll it up tightly to form a wrap.

Serve:
Slice the wraps in half for easy serving. Enjoy your cheesy, flavorful wraps warm!
