Add the cooked shrimp, crab meat, and spinach mixture to the cheese mixture. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Transfer the dip mixture to a baking dish (such as an 8×8-inch dish) and spread it out evenly.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables for dipping.
