Cheesy Meatballs with Creamy Onion Sauce

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, paprika, coriander, garlic powder, onion powder, shredded mozzarella, egg, and breadcrumbs.

Mix the ingredients together until well combined. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.

Cook the Meatballs:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the meatballs in batches and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Remove them from the skillet and set them aside.
