Cheesy Hamburger Helper

Over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned and the onion is softened.
Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Step 2: Add the Seasonings and Noodles
Stir in the oregano, cayenne, parsley, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder, making sure the meat mixture is well-coated with the spices.
Toss in the uncooked macaroni noodles, milk, beef broth, and tomato sauce. Stir everything together until well combined.
Step 3: Cook the Pasta
Cover the skillet and let it cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent the noodles from sticking to the bottom. Continue cooking until the pasta is tender and the sauce has thickened.
Step 4: Add the Cheeses
Turn off the heat and stir in the freshly shredded cheddar cheese, making sure it’s melted and fully incorporated.
Top with the shredded mozzarella cheese and cover the skillet for a couple of minutes until the mozzarella is melted.
Step 5: Serve
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Serve immediately and enjoy this cheesy, comforting dish!
