Cheesy Ground Beef Stroganoff Pasta Casserole

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a casserole dish to prevent sticking.

Cook the Ground Beef:
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef with the diced onion and minced garlic over medium heat. Stir occasionally until the beef is browned and the onions have softened. Drain any excess grease.

Make the Sauce:
