Cheesy Garlic Bread Shrimp Grilled Cheese: A Gourmet Twist on a Classic Favorite

In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the shrimp for 2–3 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque. Remove from heat and set aside.
Make the Garlic Butter Spread:

In a small bowl, mix together softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and dried oregano until well combined.
Prepare the Garlic Bread:

Spread the garlic butter mixture generously on one side of each slice of bread.
Assemble the Grilled Cheese:

On the non-buttered side of two slices of bread, layer the shredded mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese. Then, evenly distribute the cooked shrimp on top of the cheese. Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side out.
Grill the Sandwiches:

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Carefully place the sandwiches into the skillet and cook for 3–4 minutes per side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese has melted. Press down gently with a spatula to ensure even grilling.
Serve:

Slice the sandwiches in half and serve immediately while the cheese is ooey-gooey and the shrimp is perfectly juicy.
