In a bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken with buffalo sauce. Stir to coat the chicken evenly. Set aside.
Prepare the Cheese Mixture:
In another bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, cheddar, Parmesan, and ranch dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir until everything is well combined.
Assemble the Lasagna:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a 9×13-inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of the buffalo chicken mixture at the bottom.
Place 4 cooked lasagna noodles on top of the chicken mixture.
Spread a layer of the cheesy ricotta mixture over the noodles, followed by another layer of buffalo chicken.
Repeat the layers (noodles, ricotta cheese mixture, buffalo chicken) until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of the cheesy ricotta mixture on top.
Bake:
Cover the lasagna with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
Drizzle and Garnish:
After removing from the oven, let the lasagna cool for a few minutes. Drizzle ranch dressing on top and garnish with chopped green onions.
Serve:
Slice and serve the Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Lasagna hot. Enjoy the spicy, cheesy goodness!
