Cheesy Bread: A Gooey, Cheddar-Infused Delight

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Step 2: Prepare the Bread

Slice the loaf of bread in half horizontally, so you have two large pieces of the bread. Then, slice each half into smaller pieces, if you prefer individual servings, or leave it as one large piece.
Step 3: Prepare the Cheesy Mixture

In a medium bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, melted butter, minced garlic, dried herbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything together until it’s well combined.
Step 4: Assemble the Cheesy Bread

Place the bread halves on the prepared baking sheet, cut side up. Evenly spread the cheesy mixture over the top of the bread, making sure to cover all the exposed areas. If you prefer more cheese, feel free to add extra on top.
Step 5: Bake the Bread

Place the cheesy bread in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden brown. If you like a crispier top, you can broil it for the last 2-3 minutes (keep a close eye on it to prevent burning).
Step 6: Garnish and Serve

Once baked, remove the cheesy bread from the oven. Optionally, sprinkle some freshly chopped parsley on top for added color and flavor.
Let it cool for a minute, slice it into individual servings, and serve warm.
