Cheesy Bliss Mozzarella-Stuffed Crust Pizza

In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until frothy. Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix and knead for about 8–10 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Shape the Dough:
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the dough into a 12-inch (30 cm) circle on a lightly floured surface. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking tray or pizza pan.

Create the Stuffed Crust:
Lay mozzarella strips about 1 inch from the edge of the dough. Fold the outer dough over the cheese and press to seal, enclosing the mozzarella in the crust.

Assemble the Pizza:
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the center of the dough. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and add your favorite toppings. Finish with a sprinkle of Italian herbs if desired.

Bake:
Bake the pizza for 12–15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.

Cool and Serve:
Let the pizza cool slightly before slicing. Serve hot with dipping sauces like marinara or garlic butter.
