Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned. Drain excess grease.
Mix the Filling: In a bowl, combine cooked beef, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese soup, milk, Worcestershire sauce, and half of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Stir well.
Assemble the Casserole: Spread the beef mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish. Arrange frozen tater tots on top in a single layer.
Bake: Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes until the tater tots are crispy.
Add Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top. Bake for another 5-10 minutes until melted and bubbly.
Garnish and Serve: Remove from oven and top with chopped pickles, diced tomatoes, and green onions if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
