Cheesy Bacon and Ground Beef Pasta: A Comforting, Flavorful Delight

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a little pasta water for later if needed.
Cook the Bacon:

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the chopped bacon and cook until crispy, about 5-6 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to remove the bacon and set it aside on a paper towel-lined plate. Leave about 1 tablespoon of bacon fat in the skillet.
Cook the Ground Beef:

In the same skillet, add the ground beef and cook over medium heat, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until browned and fully cooked through, about 7-8 minutes.
Add the diced onion and garlic to the skillet with the beef and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened and fragrant.
Make the Cheese Sauce:

Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream. Stir to combine with the beef and onions.
Gradually add the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese, stirring constantly until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
Combine:

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together, ensuring the pasta is well-coated in the cheesy sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add a little reserved pasta water to achieve your desired consistency.
Stir in the crispy bacon and adjust seasoning with extra salt and pepper if needed.
Serve:

Serve the Cheesy Bacon and Ground Beef Pasta hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley for a burst of color and freshness.
