In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Grill the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat and set aside.
Cook the Fries:
Cook the French fries according to the package instructions (or fry homemade fries).
Once cooked, place the fries on a serving plate.
Prepare the Loaded Fries:
While the fries are still hot, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over them. Allow the cheese to melt.
Drizzle with sour cream and mayonnaise, then add sriracha or your preferred hot sauce for an added kick.
Garnish with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of paprika.
Cook the Burger Patties:
Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Form into 4 patties.
Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat, and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the desired doneness is reached.
During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
Assemble the Cheeseburger:
Toast the burger buns lightly if desired.
Place a layer of lettuce on the bottom of each bun.
Add the cheesy beef patty, followed by 3-4 grilled shrimp on top.
Add any additional toppings like pickles, onions, or sauces if desired, and cover with the top bun.
