1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp turmeric
1 cup whole milk
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup cream cheese
6 pieces of string cheese, grated or 1 cup of grated provolone (save 2 provolone sticks for the egg rolls)
