Caramel Cheesecake Cookies

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Scoop 1½ tablespoons of dough, flatten slightly, and place a frozen cheesecake center in the middle. Wrap the dough around it, sealing the edges, and roll gently into a ball.

Bake:

Place cookies about 2 inches apart on the baking sheet. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the centers are just set. Let them cool on the sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

Add the Caramel:

Once cookies are mostly cooled, drizzle caramel sauce over the tops. You can warm the caramel slightly if needed for easy drizzling.
