1/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup heavy cream

For the Apple Topping:

2 large apples, peeled, cored, and sliced

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

For the Caramel Sauce:

1/2 cup unsalted butter

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt
