Cannelloni with Minced Meat: Italian Meat Dish with Béchamel Sauce and Cheese

Introduction
Cannelloni is a classic Italian dish made with large pasta tubes filled with a flavorful minced meat filling, topped with creamy béchamel sauce and melted cheese. This dish is rich, satisfying, and perfect for family dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients
For the Beef Filling:

1.2 kg minced beef (about 4-5 cups)

2 chicken eggs

Salt to taste

Ground black pepper to taste

Dried ground sweet paprika to taste

1 onion, finely chopped

For the Béchamel Sauce:

50g butter

50g all-purpose flour

750 ml milk

Salt and pepper to taste

A pinch of ground nutmeg

For the Cannelloni:

16 cannelloni pasta tubes

200g grated mozzarella cheese

50g grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley (for garnish)
