Cajun Honey Butter Salmon: A Flavorful and Juicy Seafood Delight

Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Cook the Salmon:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the salmon fillets, skin-side down if using skin-on.
Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and easily flakes with a fork. The outside should be crispy and golden brown.
Make the Honey Butter Sauce:

While the salmon is cooking, combine the melted butter, honey, lemon juice, garlic powder, and smoked paprika (if using) in a small bowl. Stir until well combined.
Finish the Salmon:

Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the skillet and place it on a serving platter. Drizzle the honey butter sauce generously over the top of each fillet.
Garnish and Serve:

Sprinkle the salmon with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color and freshness. Serve with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables, rice, or a simple salad.
