Cabbage Casserole

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a baking dish with cooking spray (Pam).
Layer the chopped cabbage evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Top with the chopped Vidalia onion.
In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, and 1/2 stick of melted butter. Spread this mixture evenly over the onions.
For the topping, combine the remaining melted butter, shredded cheddar cheese, and crushed Ritz crackers in a separate bowl. Spread this mixture over the casserole.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Serve warm and enjoy!
