Butterfinger Balls – Don’t Lose This Recipe!


In a medium-sized bowl, combine the peanut butter and softened butter. Stir until they are well combined and smooth.

Add the vanilla extract and powdered sugar to the bowl. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and forms a thick dough-like consistency.

2. Shape the Balls:
Once the mixture is ready, use your hands to roll small portions of the mixture into bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place each ball on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

3. Chill:
Once all the balls are formed, place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and chill the balls for at least 1 hour, or until they firm up.

4. Optional Coating (For Extra Sweetness!):
If you want to take it a step further, melt some chocolate and dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate for an extra indulgent treat. Simply melt your favorite chocolate and coat each ball before returning them to the parchment paper to set.
