“Bug-Free Bliss: Natural Ways to Eliminate Fruit Flies and Mosquitoes for Good”

Apple Cider Vinegar Trap: Fill a jar with ½ cup apple cider vinegar and add a few drops of dish soap. Cover with plastic wrap and poke small holes. Fruit flies are drawn in and can’t escape.

Fruit Bowl Trap: Place an overripe piece of fruit in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap, poke small holes, and set near fly-prone areas.

Clean-Up Routine: Always keep counters, drains, and fruit bowls clean. Take the trash out regularly and store produce in the fridge.

Mosquito Solutions:

DIY Mosquito Spray: Mix 10 drops of lemon eucalyptus oil (or citronella oil) with 2 tablespoons of witch hazel or water in a spray bottle. Shake well and spray on exposed skin or around doorways and windows.

Garlic Water Mist: Boil crushed garlic in water for a few minutes. Strain and pour into a spray bottle. Mist around patios or entry points to repel mosquitoes naturally.

Coffee Ground Trick: Sprinkle used coffee grounds in standing water in your yard to prevent mosquito larvae from developing.

Use Fans Outside: Mosquitoes are weak flyers. Setting up fans around your outdoor space keeps them from getting close.
