Add the cooked chicken, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and let it simmer for another 3-4 minutes.
Toss the cooked pasta with the chicken and tomato mixture in the skillet. Remove from heat and stir in the fresh basil.
Serve with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese.
